"I was happy to have these ladies help me with several policies that I was looking forward to saving money on but instead they did not any point lock in my rates and when I approach about getting the policy they tell me that the rates have change and to make it worst they ask for an email saying I wanted the policy which was practically 100’s even a 1000 less than the policy I had with another carrier. I am extremely disappointed at their inability to help me and made me loose all this money. Quite unless is what I felt they were. If you are gonna get coverage with them make sure you seal the policy right there- because they sure don’t have your back. Wish you the best though. They won’t get my business again."

"Don’t do it!!!! It’s all good when they are collecting money but go to use your policy and find out the truth! For one single accident I have three different adjusters for one simple claim. Needless to say two weeks I still have no car nor have any repairs been authorized! In my advice keep your money and save your time! I believe even a fly by night company will provide better service!"

"After 21 years of loyalty, I was advised my policy would not be renewed. I have never hit anyone and I was rear-ended at red light but apparently this counts against me .. also two windshield replacements in the entire 21 years of paying 400 every month ( multiple cars ) if I do the math that's over 100K paid to them. Explain to me how this works.. They didn't even say they would increase my rate... just a BIG F... U... DO NOT BE LOYAL LOOK FOR THE BEST PRICES... WINDSHILED REPLACEMENTS COUNT AS A CLAIM .... GOOD LUCK EVERYONE WHO HAS THIS COMPANY update, still being charged for a service they cancelled and no one can call me back to with answers... CAN SOMEONE CALL ME!! I would assume i would be getting a refund but don't hold my breath"

"I use this location maybe 2 times a week for the occasional Facebook marketplace sale (always video games or Legos). I park on the street and the other party parks in the lot. We are gone usually under a minute. Today an employee from this State Farm came out harassing us that if we aren't here for State Business that we need to leave. She was downright rude about it. I personally have State Farm car insurance but after the way this person treated us, I am dropping them. FYI: They have about 6 or so parking spaces and there is at most two employee cars here only. She had no reason to be rude about a single parking space being used for 30 seconds."

"Ruth is extremely rude. Trying to get information for a mutual customer. After 30 minutes finally got through to office, was told the information would be to us in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later called back. Ruth told me she was "working on it" and that she said it would be 5 minutes. When I mention that was 10 minutes ago, she said if we keep bothering her it will take even longer, and them she hung up on me."
