"I had a two car policy with this agency for 3 years. After the first 6 month policy ended, they sent me a ~$120 check to refund for the overcharge which seemed nice but it was not. I wasn’t able deposit the check before it expired. Tried to the agency office to get it re-issued but they told me they had no record of that check and hung up on me multiple times when I contacted them. They were only nice when they try to win your contract. Tried to contact Statefarm corporate customer service as well, it kept redirecting back the agency.

Every renewal cycle, my rates got increased about $150 for every new policy. Until one day, I couldn’t continue doing business with them after years thinking it wasnt worth the hassle to shop around until my policy rates got doubled compared to the first policy. Hating on the nasty customer service and the expensive pricing, i cancelled my last policy a month before jt ended, but only got refunded $90 for the last month of a $1350 policy. The cancellation notice informed me the refund would be issued thru a check. Guess what I’ve never received that check either."

"Well, I cannot say enough good things about my State Farm agent Denzel. The level what he took care of my broken fixed sunroof window in my 2016 King rancher was all but amazing. The Claim process was amazing. Nobody could fix it. Until I went to Corsa automotive off of Hastings and w Colonial. Because it was a king rancher and it was a sunroof window nobody would touch it.
